Warehouse Properties is the landlord for Tippet-Richardson. RESCo was part of the design team of the new warehouse to ensure that it would be solar ready once the FIT program was launched. RESCo worked closely with the building engineers to ensure the design would support the weight of a solar array with a dynamic load due to the use of GPS coordinated trackers. RESCo then provided full EPC services to complete the solar array.
