This project was the largest operating solar roof top at 150% larger than any in existence in Canada when it was built. The project is a key strategy in the LoyaltyOne/Air Miles My Planet program. The project also includes solar thermal to service building hot water loads, as well as a solar car port for low emission vehicles. As a tenant of the space, the project was designed around existing building loads resulting a flat orientation to eliminate snow loading. The project includes a feature wall with the inverters in the games room space to provide an interactive element for the staff.
